Systems Performance Management Creates and analyzes operational reports on metrics to understand performance and to ensure success in process improvements. Recommends and implements changes/ enhancements to improve systems availability, reliability and performance. Defines and ensures continuous monitoring procedures are set according to the standard procedures and requirements. IT Change Management Creates and implements Technological Requests for Change (RFC) and adheres to all documented change management processes, when any IT problem resolution process require it.
