Quality Manager

Representative – Supply Chain

This role will supply “Special” services to customers (John Deere/Caterpillar) including the management of Eaton Owned Inventory and Eaton Managed Inventory at OEM, Satellite and 3rd party integrators to ensure the customers always have the inventory to meet demand in a proactive manner to support development of a world class supply chain organization. This individual will work with both internal department as well as multiple plants and business units within the North American supply chain. Additionally, the Representative – Supply Chain will lead cross-function projects aimed at supply chain improvements. A. Evaluate inventory levels of Eaton owned inventory of all Eaton owned inventory locations and flex accordingly to demand. B. Coordinate changes to or cancellation of in-house orders/back orders for replacement parts for correcting errors (shortages, wrong items shipped, etc. C. Utilize tools such as Eaton Websites, customer websites, MFG Pro and pharos to deliver to customers. Manage planning for these customers. D. Receives, investigates and responds to customer inquiries regarding shipments, orders, and product/service issues E. Maintains key supply chain metrics and measures to ensure that we are meeting our on-time delivery metrics and inventory DOH goals. Aligns internal metrics to customer specific metrics, in order to meet customer expectations. F. Work closely with Eaton Site Leaders, Account Managers and Plant facility to support groups. Work directly with Logistics Group and customers to set up new Managed Service sites G. Conduct annual physical inventory at consigned inventory sites. H. Incoming Technician

En nuestra división Hidráulicos estamos buscando un Tecnico de Incoming. Esta posición tiene como base nuestra (planta-oficina) ubicada en Reynosa. El Tecnico de Incoming es responsable de la inspección de entrada para la materia prima para la verificación de materiales de clientes interno y externos, realizando planes de inspección, toma de datos, actualización de sistema WISPER, evaluación de muestras de PPAP, Notificaciones a proveedores sobre situaciones de no conformidades con los productos. Esto es lo que harás: A.         Crear el Plan de inspección para los materiales y subirlo al WISPER B.         Realizar la inspección de materiales para todos los lotes indicados siguiendo los lineamientos del WISPER C.         Dar seguimiento a los DMR’s con los proveedores a situaciones encontradas en proceso de producción, clientes o garantías D.        Revisar la efectividad de los Mrs. basados en las revisiones sobre los siguientes lotes libres de defecto E.         Seguir el Procedimiento de Skip Lot F.         Seguimiento a inventario en locaciones de incoming por medio de RMA’s a los proveedores G.        Manejar todas las transacciones por medio del MFG pro para todo el inventario en las locaciones de inspección de entrada. The Engineering Technician is responsible for the Manage and execute all activities related to the implementation and improvement of production processes including machinery and equipment.
